Information we collect

We collect account and contact information such as your name and email address; subscription, invoice, and customer identifiers; service information such as plan, server status, hostname, network address, and configuration details; support communications; and technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe. It is not stored in the GoldHost application database.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, provision and manage servers, provide support, send service and billing communications, prevent fraud and abuse, improve service reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

GoldHost uses service providers to operate the platform, including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Resend for transactional email, and Railway for application and database infrastructure. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments and may process data outside the United States.

Cookies and authentication

We and our authentication provider use cookies and similar browser storage where needed to maintain sessions, protect accounts, and operate the site. Blocking required cookies may prevent account and dashboard features from working.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. Some records may need to be retained for billing, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance. Requests are subject to identity verification and applicable law.
