TERMS / EFFECTIVE JULY 17, 2026

Terms of service.

These terms govern access to GoldHost websites, accounts, subscriptions, and server hosting services. By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, maintain control of your sign-in methods, and promptly notify GoldHost of unauthorized account access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and server credentials.

Subscriptions and billing

Server plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. You authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled. Subscription changes and cancellation are managed through your GoldHost billing portal and take effect as shown there.

Refund requests are handled under the GoldHost refund policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use GoldHost services to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware or unsolicited bulk messages; attack, scan, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems; host abusive or exploitative material; evade service limits; or interfere with other customers. You are responsible for the content, software, and network activity on your server.

Provisioning and security

Provisioning times are estimates unless an order expressly states otherwise. You must secure your workloads, rotate initial credentials, install appropriate updates, maintain backups suited to your needs, and avoid sending passwords or private keys through support email.

Suspension and termination

GoldHost may restrict or suspend a service when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Availability and liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis except for written commitments expressly included with an order. To the extent permitted by law, GoldHost disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. GoldHost's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. Material changes will apply prospectively after the revised terms are posted. Questions may be sent to support@goldhost.us.
